THIS right here matters
There's a lot of questions of how to breathe properly when using a bow. This is a great topic because it's very relevant to several things that affect your accuracy. I have a great method that reduces heart rate, minimizes movement on target and keeps your focus consistent.

This is an accuracy killer! Here’s one of the biggest accuracy killers explained! This is something that is very common for many archers but also something that is easily avoided with a handheld release aid like a Nock2it or Silverback Plus. why do bows mid 2000 to 2011 never need shims, very simple to line centershot and have bullet holes? todays crap slower bows, upto cant do speeds, need shimming cause they cant center cams anymore, cant do correct drawlengrhs anymore- adjustable cams lol so funny the inderstry is similar to the early 80s yet expect rediculous prices for downgraded gimmicky crap. 2015 had the last bow worth purchasing. bear i must admit have some interesting bows to consider. no other companies have anything worth considering, all gimmick crap, cant tune out of the box anymore, such a kick in the ass to purchasers

This video is for me! I used the Nochon wrist strap tension release for almost a year and I could never seem to get the bow to fire at consitant tensions? Tension always seemed to slip and become impossible to fire? I thought maybe the tephlon is failing? Yes I know not to tighten it too much. Can you offer more tips on why the jaw seemed to always jam? When I get the tension just right the release works brilliantly but then jams again and i'm developing different kinds of target panic as a result. To hear you explain how the release is sensative to presure and that this requires a refined techneque makes so much sense!

I've been practicing this since I watched it a few weeks ago and it's helping a lot. I really don't like to let down, so sometimes I take another breath, reset my front shoulder, re align the peep and level and hold again. I think that's more relative for hunting situations where the deer moves and you have to wait for another opportunity.

No way you don't cancel the shot you stay in it and use that as an opportunity to focus extra hard and still make a good shot because a hunting situation won't allow you to let down your bow infront of a big buck.

This is 101 pre-selling the product with anecdotal evidence. All broadheads do well with proper shot placement. Don’t fall for the marketing hype. If this head was so awesome why didn’t they show us controlled results through an elk or deer shoulder bone? Because there isn’t any folks. All talk. They show you what they want you to see/hear so you will buy.

Great video, I have been looking for something like this. Relatively new to archery, 2 years, and still learning a lot. Got a site that had ability to adjust vertically. It has you site in at 20 and 60 yards. My current setup can’t get to 60. I’m a pretty short guy, 5’3” shooting 50 lbs, using a wrist release and was having a hard time understanding why I couldn’t get the site to 60. I think my issue is peep site to arrow. Is there a reason to choose the insert (which can't easily be changed) over a tip change (trivial change)? Actually, the heavier the tip of the arrow the higher your foc will be. A higher foc will make the arrow nose dive faster. This was explained by Easton so I'm not making it up. I played around with some numbers and a 100 grain tip with a 50 grain insert gave me an foc of 14.1 A 125 grain tip with a 25 grain insert gave me 14.5 foc. Not a huge difference but to answer your question, it's not exactly the same thing.
